Cookie policy

In short: no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party trackers. Only strictly necessary security cookies may be set, which is why you don't see a cookie banner.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies (such as local storage or tracking pixels) work in a comparable way; this policy covers them too.
2. What we use
aneddo.com does not set cookies of its own and does not store anything in your browser's local storage. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so no third party is contacted when you load a page.
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set the following cookies to protect the site from bots and attacks. They are strictly necessary, contain no information that identifies you and are not used for tracking or advertising:

If we measure visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or local storage and does not follow you across sites.
3. Why there is no banner
Under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian Data Protection Authority's cookie guidelines of 10 June 2021, strictly necessary technical cookies do not require consent. If we ever add cookies that need your consent, we will ask for it first with a banner that lets you accept or refuse as easily, and we will update this page.
4. How to control cookies
You can see and delete cookies, or block them, in your browser settings:
If you block Cloudflare's security cookies, the site will still work, but you may be asked to pass a security check more often.
